About Us
Caring Pathways of Carrollton is a 501(c)(3) organization. We offer a daily (Monday - Friday) integrated program for underserved adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in the Carrollton, Texas, area. Our clients are not able to participate in most currently available programs due to geographical limitations, lack of available facilities, and/or were not accepted into programs due to independent functioning levels.
We promote skills of self-determination by providing multiple choices in activities and daily schedules.
We promote independence in activities of daily living through real-life application of basic skills such as cooking, hygiene, and pre-vocational tasks.
We facilitate social interaction and involve our clients in the community through regular outings and participation in local events.
