Client Specialist

We are looking for kind, compassionate, honest, and patient individuals who are motivated by serving others. As a direct care Client Specialist you will assist clients with all parts of the day: build relationships with clients, follow protocols for working with individual clients, promote independence, assist with personal care and hygiene, help with meals/snacks, contribute to a happy environment and much more! A typical day consists of assisting clients with work jobs, arts/crafts, songs/games, meals/snacks, and personal care. Required: Must be eligible to work in the state of Texas and have a valid driver license with good driving record. High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: One year experience with people with disabilities and/or teaching; can be family, volunteer, employment, etc. College degree.

Caring Pathways has one location in Carrollton, TX. Health and safety protocols are in place. Hours are 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM.
